Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application to set aside the order dated 23rd September, 2025, whereby the petition came to be dismissed for non-removal of the office objections.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants will remove the office objections within a period of four weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the application and also to advance the cause of substantive justice, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The order dated 23rd September, 2025 dismissing WP(ST)/25706/2025 for non-removal of the office objections stands set aside.
6.
WP(ST)/25706/2025 stands restored subject to the petitioners removing the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.
7.
In the event, the office objections are removed, the petition be listed.
8.
In case the office objections are not removed within the said period of four weeks, this order shall stand recalled and the writ petition stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
