The above Interim Application, with the consent of the parties, is taken up out of turn.

The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendment to the Writ Petition as per the schedule annexed thereto. 3.

On perusing the schedule, we find that basically only additional grounds are raised to challenge the non-service of the draft assessment order. 4.

Considering that this is only an additional ground of challenge, as well as considering that this is a pre-admission amendment, we do not find any impediment in allowing the above Interim Application. The Interim Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which read thus :

"(a) Allow the Applicant to amend the Petition as per Schedule '1' hereto;"

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today, and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on Mr. Sharma, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the RespondentRevenue immediately thereafter. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
