Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the reasons set out in the Interim Application and because such reasons constitute sufficient cause, we set aside the learned Registrar's order of 24 October 2024 and restore the Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-clearance of office objections.

The learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner now states that the office objections will be positively cleared within two weeks of the uploading of this order. We make it clear that if office objections are not cleared within two weeks as now stated,
