The learned Advocate General states that this Interim Application is to be considered along with Interim Application No. 34543 of 2025 in Writ Petition No. 5844 of 2025 because the same relief is applied for in both Interim Applications. He points out that the Interim Application No. 34543 of 2025 in Writ Petition No. 5844 of 2025 is before the Bench presided over by Revati Mohiti Dere, J., given the year of the Writ

Accordingly, we agree with the learned Advocate General that it is appropriate that both these Interim Applications are considered by the one and the same Bench. 3.

In order to enable the applicant to obtain orders on the administrative side to take these Interim Applications before the appropriate Bench, we defer the hearing of this Interim Application by four weeks.

Liberty is however granted to apply.
