In the aforesaid backdrop, the prayer for substituted service appears justifiable. Thus, the application stands allowed. The applicants are permitted to serve the Respondent Nos. 6, 7, 8 and 10 by way of paper publication. 6.

The notice be published in the newspapers i.e. "LOKNAYAK" (Marathi) in its Mumbai Edition and "NAVRASHTRA" (Marathi) in its Pune Edition.
