Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant would remove office objections, if any, within a period of four weeks. 3.

For the reasons ascribed in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, delay in taking out the application for restoration of WP (ST) No.17352 of 2025 stands condoned.

The order dated 23 July 2025 dismissing the said Writ Petition for nonremoval of office objections, stands set aside and the Writ Petition stands restored to file, subject to the Applicant - Petitioner removing office objections within a period of four weeks.

In the event, the office objections are removed, list the Petition for Admission as a fresh matter.

In the event, the Applicant - Petitioner fails to remove office objections within the stipulated period of time, this order shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition stand dismissed without further reference to the court. 7.
