By this application, the applicant (original petitioner No.1) is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of petitioner No.2, who expired during the pendency of this petition. Original petitioner No.1 is the son of original petitioner No.2. Since the statement about the petitioner No.2, having expired on 04.12.2024, is made on affidavit by the applicant (original petitioner No.1) and there is no serious objection to the prayer made in the present application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

Nonetheless, the applicant is directed to place a copy of the death certificate of the original petitioner No.2 within two weeks from today. 3.
