This Interim Application seeks to bring on record the heirs of deceased-Respondent No. 1.6 after condoning the delay of 2 years and 18 days.

Mr. Punde, appearing for the original claimant as also for legal heirs of deceased-Respondent No. 1.6 does not raise any particular objection if the Interim Application is allowed. 3.

Ms. Talhar, appearing for the Applicant/ State submits that the reasons for the delay are in Paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the application. 4.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the varsha

4-IA-13396-2025.doc reasons in Paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the Interim Application, this Court is of the view that the delay of 2 years and 18 days be condoned. Legal heirs of deceased-Respondent No. 1.6 as mentioned in Paragraph No. 2 of the said application be brought on record. 5.

The Interim application accordingly stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

Let the amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks and the amended proceedings be served on the other side in two weeks thereafter.
