This Interim Application is filed seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.6174 of 2018. By order dated 10th November 2025 the Writ Petition No.6174 of 2018 came to be dismissed for want of prosecution. 2.

Having perused the averments made in the application, we are of the opinion that the petition needs to be restored to the file. 3.

We accordingly allow the Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (b). The Writ Petition No.6174 of 2018 is restored to file. 4.

List the writ petition on 1st December 2025.
