P.C.:- 1) Perusal of Affidavit filed by the Collector of Pune, prima facie indicates that, it is loosely and vaguely drafted and core issues raised before the Court are not answered. The main issue as to whether, after Repeal Act of 2025, the Collector of Pune continues to have power to grant permission or to pass any Order for conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use.
