Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions makes statement that the appellant would deposit the entire amount of compensation as directed to be paid by the Judgment and Order dated 03.12.2024 passed in M.A.C.P. No. 2010 of 2017 within a period of six weeks. Statement is accepted as an undertaking.
