Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This is an application to set aside the order dated 2nd April, 2025 passed by the Registrar, thereby dismissing WP(ST)/6217/2025 for non-removal of office objections, and to restore the petition.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will remove the office objections within a period of three weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement and the reasons assigned in the application, the delay in filing the application for 1/2

18-IA13466-2025INWPST6217-2025.DOC setting aside the order stands condoned and the order dated 2nd April, 2025 stands set aside and WP(ST)/6217/2025 stands restored to file subject to the applicant - petitioner removing the office objections within a period of three weeks. 5.

In the event the office objections are removed, the petition be numbered and listed for admission as a fresh matter. 6.

In the event the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, this order shall stand recalled and WP(ST)/6217/2025 stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The application stands disposed.
