In pursuance of our order dated 25 November 2025, Shri. S. R. Patil, Deputy Official Assignee/Court Officer has placed on record his report dated 26 November 2025. We have perused the said report. 3.

It appears that the premises as sought to be allotted by the municipal corporation are habitable. There ought not to be any impediment, if the petitioners accept such accommodation. Let instructions in this regard be taken, failing which we will have no alternative but to dismiss the petition. 4.

As per our order dated 25 November 2025, the municipal corporation has already deposited towards the cost amount to be paid to the Court Officer and the photographer expenses incurred by him. Office is directed to pay the said amount to the Court Officer. Let the amount be disbursed within one week from today. 5.

Stand over to 01 December 2025 (F.O.B.).
