Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of two weeks.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice and in view of the statement made on behalf of the Applicant that the office objections will be removed within a period of two weeks, the Application stands allowed.

The order dated 14 October 2025, dismissing CRA(ST) No.25961 of 2025 stands set aside and the CRA(ST) No.25961 of 2025 stands restored to file, subject to the Applicant removing the office objections, if any, within a period of two weeks.

In case the office objections are removed, List the CRA as a fresh SSP 1/2

In the event, the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period of two weeks, the Civil Revision Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
