By consent of Learned Counsel for the parties, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

i.

The Applicant in the present Interim Application, viz., M/s. Rizvi Estates & Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is permitted to withdraw the balance amount lying with the Small Causes Court deposited by the Applicant in terms of the order passed by this Court on 03rd October 2017 in Writ Petition No.10259 of 2017. ii.

Needless to mention that the Small Causes Court shall refund the amount along with accrued interest, if any. 2.
