This is an application by the Appellant for restoration of IAST/15148/2025, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objection under conditional order dated 18.08.2025. It is informed that the office objections were regarding supply of names of newspapers because the said IAST/15148/2025 was for substituted service through paper publication. 3.

As per office note, there is delay of 69 days. 4.

Considering the averments in the application and further considering the fact that IAST/15148/2025 itself was for paper publication, sufficient case is made out. Delay is condoned. The application is allowed. IAST/15148/2025 is restored to file.
