Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions makes statement that the appellant would deposit the entire amount of compensation as directed to be paid by the Judgment and Order dated 21.05.2025 passed in M.A.C.P. No. 952 of 2019 within a period of six weeks. Statement is accepted as an undertaking.
