Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This is an application to set aside the order dated 22nd April, 2025 passed by the Registrar, thereby dismissing WP(ST)/11596/2025 for non-removal of office objections, and to restore the petition.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants will remove the office objections within a period of three weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement and the reasons assigned in the application, the delay in filing the application for setting aside the order stands condoned, the order dated 22 April 2025 stands set aside, and WP(ST)/11596/2025 stands restored to file subject to the applicants - petitioners removing the office objections within a period of three weeks. 5.

In the event the office objections are removed, the petition be numbered and listed for admission as a fresh matter. 6.

In the event the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, this order shall stand recalled and WP(ST)/11596/2025 stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The application stands disposed.
