This application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition which was dismissed in pursuance to the order dated 28 November, 2024 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby in paragraph 5, the Court has directed that all office objections be removed, failing which the petition would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. The applicant did not remove the office objections within the stipulated period and the consequence is that automatically the petition was dismissed.

We have perused the averments as made in the Interim applications. Delay caused in filing this application has been appropriately and sufficiently explained,

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed. The Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court. Office objections be removed before the returnable date. 5.
