Mr. Kasar, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the aforesaid Interim Application has been filed for restoration of the First Appeal and Interim Application, as the same were dismissed by an Order dated 20.12.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). He submits that the Respondents could not be served at the address which was provided by the Respondents before the trial Court. All genuine efforts were made to serve the Respondents. However, service could not be completed. Therefore, the First Appeal along with the Interim Application for delay and stay stood dismissed. He submits that the Interim Application for substitute service would be preferred by the Anand

I have heard Mr. Kasar, learned Counsel for the Applicant. I have gone through the contents of the Interim Application. 3.
A case is made out to allow the Interim Application. 4.
The Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b).
