It is clarified that reference to "Court" in paragraph 14 (ii) of order dated 02nd December, 2025 to mean "Court Receiver" and not the "Prothonotary and Senior Master". Accordingly, the office of Court Receiver is requested to hand over the amount as per paragraph 14 to the appellant. 2.

Respondent No.9 is directed to comply with the requisition of the office of the Court Receiver within eight weeks from today. Respondent No.9 is also directed to attend as and when called out by the office of the Court Receiver. If there is any failure to attend, then the Court will pass appropriate orders.
