The parties shall present themselves before the Deputy Registrar in-charge of mediation in this Court whose contact particulars are set out below, on December 8, 2025 prior to 3:00 p.m. : Main Mediation Centre, 1st Floor, PWD Building, Bombay High Court Email : mediation@bhc.gov.in 3.

The Mediation Centre shall issue further instructions on how to proceed further in the matter. The parties are given about three weeks' time to trash their differences in mediation. 4.

List on December 22, 2025 to get an update in the matter. 5.
