During the course of arguments, it came to light that copy of the reply affidavit was not available with the learned counsel for the Petitioner, who has joined the hearing through video conferencing. Akn

Nonetheless, we find that in the factual circumstances of the present case, prayer clause (b) of the Writ Petition can be granted so that immediate steps are taken for acquiring the land belonging to the Petitioner and the process is completed within a time bound period. This is necessary because the said land is required for development work of completing a road leading to a bridge over Mula Mutha river in Pune. 3.
The Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation submits that an additional copy of the reply has been furnished to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner today in Court. 4.
