3) Registrar Judicial-II is directed to take necessary steps to serve a notice upon to Santosh Balasaheb Hendre within a period of one week from the date of uploading of the present Order on the Official Website of High Court of Bombay.

4) Learned Addl. G.P. appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1,2, 4 and 7 is directed to communicate this Order to the Registrar Judicial-II. 5) Stand over to 16th February, 2026.
