3) In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Interim Application No.13666 of 2025 does not survive and is also disposed off. 4) As far as the observations made in our Order dated 2nd February, 2026 are concerned, learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, leniency may be shown to the Power of Attorney to the Petitioner i.e. Santosh Balasaheb Hendre for the mistakes committed by him while filing the Petition. He on instructions submitted that, for the said conduct and mistakes of the Santosh Balasaheb Hendre, he will pay a cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 4.

KSG 57-WP-6293-2023.doc 5) Mr. Santosh Balasaheb Hendre is directed to pay the said cost to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center within a period of two weeks as noted above and submit its receipt to the Registry of this Court within said stipulated period. 6) List the Petition on board on 9th March, 2026, under caption 'for reporting compliance' of present Order.
