Learned advocate for the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 seeks time to file reply. He states that he was also appearing for Respondent No.2 who is now deceased.

Learned advocate for the Respondent No.3 appears and informs that Respondent No.3 is also deceased. 3.

By this application, the Petitioners are seeking deletion of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 from the Writ Petition. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that they are ready to take the risk and delete Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

On the other hand, learned advocates who were appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submit that according to them, legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are necessary parties. Sneha Chavan 1/2

Considering the nature of prayer and the contentions raised, it is directed that the Interim Application shall be heard along with Writ Petition at the time of final hearing.
