This is an Application by the Writ Petitioners seeking permission to delete Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 from the array of the parties. 3.

It is already recorded under order dated 15/10/2025 that the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in the above petition have expired. The order dated 15/10/2025 records that available details about the legal heirs be supplied to the Advocate for the Petitioners. 4.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 insisted that the legal heirs of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are necessary parties. However, the legal heirs of said respondents themselves have not approached the Court. This Petition is the cause pursued by the Petitioners akn

The Application is accordingly allowed. Writ Petitioners are permitted to delete Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 from the array of writ petition at their own risk. Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day. 6.
