Heard learned Counsel for the parties. This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 23.01.2025. There is a delay in filing application. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2a and 2b who are contesting Respondents (legal heirs of original Plaintiff) seeks time to file reply.

Learned counsel for the Applicants has submitted that Execution Application No. 90 of 2025 is filed by Plaintiffs in the Executing Court at Pune and its next date is 17.12.2025. He, therefore, prays for ad-interim protection.
