25-SA-242-2021.doc P. C. :
1.
By an order of 16th March 2026, this Court had recorded that if the appeal is not argued on the next occasion, the same will be dismissed for non-prosecution.
2.
Despite the said order, learned counsel appearing for the Appellants seeks time. The order was necessitated as there is an adinterim stay which has been operating since the year 2021 and the Appellants have been seeking adjournment on one ground or the other.
3.
As learned counsel appearing for the Appellants is unable to argue the matter, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
Interim Applications do not survive for consideration and stand disposed of.
