Heard Mr. Talreja, learned Advocate for Applicants. 2.

Mr. Talreja informs the Court that Petitioner has expired in the interregnum. He would draw my attention to the present Interim Application filed by legal heirs of Petitioner as Applicants i.e. his wife, three sons and one daughter.

Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated therein, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title be served on Respondents. 4.
