As the petition is at the stage of admission, we are of the opinion that it is in the interest of justice that the amendment as prayed for is allowed. Let amendment be carried out on or before 16 March, 2026 and copy of the same be furnished to the advocate for the respondent/revenue. 12 March, 2026
