The present Petition impugns order dated 4th January, 2018, passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee dismissing the Appeal, and the consequence was that the Petitioner was held ineligible. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequently, eviction proceedings were initiated in which fresh inquiry was ordered, and thereafter, by order dated 8th June, 2026, the Petitioner has been Arya 1 of

In view of the subsequent order holding the Petitioner eligible, the impugned order, which was prior in point of time, stands superseded. As the Petitioner has now been declared eligible, the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.

It is open to the Respondent to challenge the order dated 8th June, 2026, by which the Petitioner has been held eligible, in accordance with law. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Interim Applications do not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
