This interim application is taken out for recalling of the order dated 15 October 2025 which was dismissed for non-prosecution. In paragraphs 7 and 8, the applicant has given reasons.

I being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the appeal is restored by recalling of the order dated 15 October 2025. This is subject to payment of cost of Rs.50,000/- to be paid to Tata Memorial Hospital, E. Borges Road, Parel, Mumbai and Rs.50,000/- to Cama & Albless Hospital, BMC Office, Mahapalika Marg, Opp. Azad Maidan, Dhobi Talao, Fort, Mumbai -400 001 within four weeks from today. 3.
If the cost is not paid within a period of four weeks, then the order dated 15 October 2025 will revive and no further application will be entertained for restoration.

It is made expressly clear that the ad-interim order, if any, is not restored.
