By these applications, the applicant-Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) is praying for restoration of the writ petitions, which were dismissed in the light of order dated 09.08.2024, passed by Registrar (Judicial-I). As per the said order, office objections were to be removed within two weeks, failing which registration of the writ petitions were to be refused automatically. 2.
It appears that the office objections could not be removed within stipulated period of time, as a consequence of which the order took its effect.

There is delay in moving these applications and hence, the applicant-MSRTC has prayed for condonation of delay in moving the applications.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Delay is condoned and the writ petitions are restored to file, subject to the office objections being removed within three weeks from today.
