The relief sought in the Interim Application is substitution of name of the Respondent No.1 with the names of his legal heirs as also substitution of Respondent No.2 with the names of his legal heirs and also delete Respondent No.4- Soli J. Sorabji and add the name of Rohan Developers Private Limited as Respondent No.6. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.6 - Rohan Developers Pvt. Ltd. submits that the Respondent No.6 has acquired right, title and interest to the subject property. Dusane

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Amendment be carried out within a period of six weeks. Amended copy to be served on all the Respondents including proposed Respondent No. 6- Rohan Developers Pvt. Ltd. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
