2.

This Interim Application has been filed for modification of the Judgment and Order dated 3rd November, 2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 872 of 2003, whereby certain directions were issued by this Court in paragraph 8 requiring the Scrutiny Committee to reverify the claim of the Petitioner and pass appropriate order afresh.

3.

Mr. Mendadkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submits that there is no indication in the order dated 3rd November, 2025, that the exercise is to be carried out in the light of the observations made in the order of this Court.

4.

After going through the order, we find force in the submission of Mr. Mendadkar. A clarification to that effect may be necessary so as to avoid multiplicity of litigation in the matter.

5.

We, therefore, direct that the following be added as paragraph No. 8A in the order dated 3rd November, 2025. "8A. The exercise required to be carried out as per the directions contained in this order in para 8(vi) is to be done in the light of observations made by the Court here-in-above."

6.

Before parting with the record, we further clarify on the oral prayer of Mr. Mendadkar that the expression "maternal sister Premlata" appearing in paragraph No.2 of the order shall stand corrected and will read as "paternal sister Premlata".

7.

In view thereof, the Original Order dated 3rd November, 2025, be corrected and the corrected Order be uploaded on an Official Website of this Court.

8.

Rest of the Order remains as it is.

9.

With the above observations, the Interim Application stands disposed of.
