In view of the order dated 11.12.2021 which was granted earlier while disposing the First Appeal, the necessity to carry out amendment as stated in paragraph No.8 of the order dated 30.01.2026 does not arise.

In that view of the matter, first two sentences of paragraph
P1.IA.38331.2025.doc No.8 shall stand deleted which reads thus:- "8.
Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Once the said amendment is carried out, Registry shall ensure that amount is given to Respondent Nos.1, 2, 3A and 3B within a period of one week from the date of carrying out amendment...."

Necessary deletion be carried out in the original order and fresh copy be uploaded.

The order dated 11.12.2021 be read with order dated 30.01.2026 and directions contained in rest of paragraph No.8 shall be duly complied with as directed.
