By this application, the applicant seeks correction/speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 31st July 2025. It is stated that in paragraph 1 of the said judgment, the surname of the petitioner's husband requires correction. The correct name is 'Sunil Shrikrishna Likhite' and not 'Sunil Shrikrishna Likhite Liman'. The applicant, therefore, prays that the word 'Liman', appearing in the third line of paragraph 1 of the judgment dated 31st July 2025, be deleted therefrom.

Accordingly, the judgment dated 31st July 2025 shall stand corrected to the aforesaid extent. Rest of the judgment dated 31st July 2025, to remain as it is.
