Ms. Dongre, learned counsel appearing for the applicant - husband submits that the applicant-husband desires to appear in the proceedings which have been transferred to Family Court at Thane through video conferencing.

4.1 If such an application is preferred by the applicant-husband before the Family Court at Thane, in the Section 9 Petition of the Hindu Marriage Act, the said application be heard and disposed of on merits expeditiously.
