This is an Application seeking to modify the Order dated May 2, 2025 passed by this Court and to substitute the Learned Arbitrator appointed by the said order.

Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that they have consensus on substituting the Arbitrator appointed pursuant to the Order dated May 2, 2025 by appointing a Learned Retired District Judge from Pune to conduct the arbitration.

Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the earlier Arbitrator is hereby substituted by Ms. Prajakta Ranadive, Retired District Judge, Pune as the substitute Sole Arbitrator. The contact particulars are as under : - Office Address :- C/o Ganesh Pawar, 8-D-11, 3rd Floor, Bansuri Building, Nadabramh Society, Warje, Pune - 411 058.

The parties shall approach the substituted Learned Sole Arbitrator for further instructions in the matter. The terms of appointment of the substituted Sole Arbitrator shall be the same as the earlier Arbitrator. With the aforesaid directions, this Application is finally disposed of.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
