Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel for the Applicant. 2.

By the present Interim Application, the relief sought is to restore the Civil Revision Application, which has been dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Civil Revision Application has been dismissed at pre-admission stage and no notice has been issued to the Respondent. 4.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

The Order dated 9th September 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is quashed and set aside. 6.

The Civil Revision Application is restored to file of this Court on the condition that the Applicant removes office objections on or before 16th January 2026.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no Order as to costs.
