The above Interim Application is filed to set aside the order dated 5th February 2024, passed by the Registrar ("Judicial-I"), under which the above Writ Petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.

The above Application has been filed after one year and four months of the passing of the said order. It is the case of the Petitioner that since the

portal did not show that their were any office objections, they were unaware that office objections were to be removed. Hence, the delay. 3.

Though we are not fully satisfied with the aforesaid explanation, in order to ensure that the Petitioner is not denied an opportunity to raise their grievances on merits, we hereby recall the order dated 5th February 2024 and restore the above Writ Petition to the file of this Court. This is subject to the Petitioner paying costs of Rs. 25,000/- to the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund, Mumbai by way of RTGS/NEFT. The bank account details are as follows:

above Interim Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

If the costs are paid, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner shall remove all other office objections raised by the Registry within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of the above Writ Petition and no further application for restoration shall be entertained. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
