These Interim Applications have been filed with a prayer to fix early date of hearing for expeditious disposal of the Writ Petitions. 11th MARCH, 2026

Mr. Sachin Dhakephalkar, learned Counsel appearing in this case for the Applicants submits that the Applicants have filed the present writ Petitions by alleging that they have been deprived of proper pension as per 6th pay fixation. Hence, the matter was earlier placed for expeditious hearing. It is also submitted by Mr.Dhakephalkar that earlier 14th February, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the Writ Petitions but the matter could not be heard on that day.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, list the Writ Petition No.7281 of 2010 along with Writ Petition No.7270 of 2010 on 9th June, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. for final hearing and disposal. 4.

Interim Applications stands disposed of.
