This application is taken out by the applicant/appellant to bring legal heirs of respondent no.6 on record since respondent no.6 has passed away. 2.

The application is filed after the receipt of the names of the legal heirs of respondent no.6 and therefore, the same is filed within time. 3.

I have perused the application and been satisfied with the same, the legal heirs of respondent no.6 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within eight weeks from today. 4.

The addresses of legal representative of respondent no.6 could not be found inspite of the efforts put in by the parties and therefore, prayer for
