This Interim Application has been filed by the Applicant for Christmas access of the child. After filing the application, the parties have consented and the terms of their consent have been produced by minutes of order. The Applicant is present through Video Conferencing. The Applicant as well as the Respondent have agreed to the Consent Terms, as recorded in the Minutes of Order, which reads thus:

"2. The Parties have accordingly arrived at an arrangement, without prejudice to all rights and contentions, for access to Krisha during her Christmas vacation, as under:

of this Hon'ble Court dated 3 July 2024 shall be strictly followed.. 3.

Additionally, and further without prejudice to all rights and contentions the Respondent has agreed to give the Applicant compensatory weekend access to Krisha, for the weekend of 20-21 December 2025 as under:

3.1 The Applicant shall pick up Krisha from the Respondent's residence on 20 December 2021 at 10:30am and he shall drop Krisha back to the Respondent's residence on 21 December 2025 at 7:30 pm.

3.2 During such access all the other terms/conditions as per the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 3 July 2024 shall be strictly followed.

4.

A request is made by the Petitioner to the Respondent to send Krisha for her cousin Rakshit's birthday dinner on 16 December 2025 at 8:30 at Gallop's Restaurant, Mahalaxmi. The Respondent has received the invite. However, in view of the same being a weekday and Krisha having school the next day, and also because the travel time would be significant, the Respondent will try sending Krisha for the same. Alternatively, the Respondent shall send Krisha to her cousin Rakshit's house after her school on 16 December 2025 for two hours (i.c. from 4:00pm to 6:00pm) so Krisha can spend time with Rakshit on his birthday, provided the Petitioner is also present with Krisha at Rakshit's house.

5.

The above agreed to by both the parties and shall be without prejudice to their rights and contentions. The Parties are personally present in the Court (the Applicant is present online and the Respondent is present physically).

6.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed off in terms of this Minutes of Order."
