By an order dated 27 November 2024, interim application no.7470 of 2024 was disposed of since respondent no.4 undertook to furnish addresses of all other respondents. However, after the order was passed, respondent no.4 inspite of his efforts to find out the address could not succeed.

Therefore, the present application is taken out to permit the applicant/appellant to serve all the respondents i.e. the respondents whose the addresses are known and the respondents whose the addresses are not known or incomplete by paper publication so that no grievance is made by any of the respondents that they were not served.

I have perused the application and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein and the submissions made before me, the applicant/ appellant is directed to serve all the respondents through paper publication. The publication should be in one English newspaper 'Free Press Journal' and one Marathi newspaper 'Sakal.' Publication to be done within eight weeks from today.

Amendment to be carried out within eight weeks from today. Affidavit of service to be filed within eight weeks from today. 5.
