By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking amendment of the Writ Petition by placing on record subsequent KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV events viz. passing of the Order dated 18th September, 2025 by 27th by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.12.24 11:22:18 +0530 November 2025, by which the learned Chairperson of DRAT, Chennai ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

has rejected Regular Appeal No.32 of 2025 and Regular Appeal No.35 of 2025 for non-compliance of the Order dated 18th September, 2025 to deposit 40% auction price of Rs.1.10 Crores as a pre-condition for deciding on merit the aforementioned Appeals. Further, consequential amendments are sought including the addition of prayer seeking quashing and setting aside of the said Order dated 27th November, 2025.

There is no opposition to the amendment sought for in the Writ Petition.

In view thereof, the Petitioner is permitted to amend the Writ Petition as per Schedule of Amendment at Exhibit-G to the Interim Application. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

Further prayer sought for in the Interim Application is not pressed at this stage.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to press the reliefs sought in prayer Clauses (b) and (c) of the Interim Application after ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

carrying out amendment of the Writ Petition and in a fresh Interim Application which shall be filed.

The amended Writ Petition shall be served by the Petitioner on the Respondents simultaneously upon carrying out of the amendment.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.

The Respondents are permitted to file their Affidavit-inReply to the amended Writ Petitioner, within a period of two weeks from service of the Writ Petition.

9.

The Petitioners are at liberty to file their Affidavit-inRejoinder thereto, within a period of one week thereafter. 10.

Place the amended Writ Petition for consideration on 11th February, 2026.
