The present application inter alia seeks leave of the Court for impleadment of the applicant.

The applicant in the cause title has been referred to as 'Chief Promoter of Jai Ambe Ashirwad SRA CHS (proposed)'. Along with the application, there are no documents annexed in support of the plea as to why the impleadment is necessary and what is the locus of the applicant as slum dweller.

I am of the view that merely on the basis of application, without any document being annexed thereto, no proper adjudication can take place. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave of the Court to

Interim application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Fresh interim application , if any, to be filed and served along with all supporting documents with-in four weeks from today. 6.
