By this interim application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 2nd December, passed by this Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition, and prays for restoration of Writ Petition No.15572 of 2025, which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution, as none was present on behalf of the petitioner N. For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 2nd December 2025, is recalled and Writ Petition No.15572 of 2025, is restored back to its original file. 3.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. 4.
