Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant would remove the office objections within a period of 2 weeeks. 3.
In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the Application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the Order dated 17th September, 2025 dismissing the Writ Petition (St) No. 25724 for non-removal of office objections stands set 1/2
aside and the Writ Petition (St) No. 25724 stands restored to file subject to the Applicant complying with the office objections within a period of 3 weeks.

In the event of default in complying with the office objections within said period of three weeks, this order shall stand recalled and Writ Petition (St) No. 25724 of 2025 stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The IA is allowed and disposed of.
